The Obscured Haze
Through a beautiful dreamlike fog comes personal struggles and the agony of defeat. These self-portraits set out to explore my own personal dreamlike states while still trying to maintain my composure in real life. I set out on a journey to find what it truly means to be in the obscured haze of a dream. There is never any certainty in regards to its details and the facts usually become a bit blurred. Through my images I tried to maintain a consistent use of contrast and I captured almost all of the effects “in camera” as I was capturing each image which allowed me to become a part of the photograph or rather, a part of the haze.
